This is a historic transformation on a global scale that consists of village culture being rapidly replaced by urban culture. The majority of the people migrate of the better employment opportunities, the medical and educational facilities but there are also other reasons like the fun attractions of city life. City life is far more interesting and appealing to young people than rural life with its theaters, cinemas, night clubs, restaurants, shopping centers, places where you can practice some sport and get a professional to help you out with it and all sorts of other things you can imagine. Nevertheless urban life has its disadvantages too.those ensue from the fact that inevitably life becomes more and more rapid in the city and that results in the way people act.

They walk through life hurriedly without noticing the important things in life that are family and nature. They become more and more distant and loose their way to nature which leads to more and more medical conditions ensued by withdrawing from nature. The main problem will be overpopulation therefore the streets will become crowded with people, it will take hours to get anywhere. Even if the traveling issues are solved overpopulation will result in many homeless people because there isn 039 t enough space for everybody even if skyscrapers are built to the sky. Other than that new technologies will develop even more and make life easier than today. In conclusion city life is very appealing but its developing rates are harmful for man 039 s survival and future.

Modern cities such as new york, london, mexico,etc are optimal place for the youngster who are willing to encounter some interesting and challenging tasks. In reality, it has some certain disadvantages, including the people, transportation and accomodation. One problems that urban residents encounter daily is the unreliable transportation. Because thounsands of people rely on it to reach their offices everyday, it can have an significant effect on their life. For instance, buses which are supposed to arrive at 7.00 a.m may not show up until 8.00 a.m or even later. The result to this insufficient quality is the passengers missing appointments or being late at work. Take pupils as an example, the tardy buses are likely to result in their lateness and unpleasant performance at schools.

Additionally, there is always traffic congestion during rush hours when the streets are too crowded with an incredible number of people. Therefore, in order to get to their destination on time, many people have to leave their homes earlier and allow for waiting time at buses or streetcar stops. As a result, it is understandable that an increasing number of people are turning to private automobiles. Another disadvantage exists in a big citiy is the indifferent attitude of its inhabitants. Metropolitan citizens seem not be as friendly and hospitable as people in the country.

While it may be an ideal destination for ambitious youngsters who are willing to experience challenges as well as difficulty.
