However, they attempt to overcome their fears which come in variety of types, some common fears are: fear of failure and fear of loneliness… failure has never been a mistake but an experience. Most successful people in the world fail many times before arriving at their success. For example, tomas edison failed ninety nine times before inventing the light bulb, these fails or rather series of experiences led him to an outstanding innovation. Therefore, life is based on learning and trying small experiences that give birth to the big success.

For this reason, scared people of failure should change their mind and input new instructions that bear strong motives because inside them there is their real character which hopes to find out new things. Fear of loneliness is another nightmare despite it does not deserve to be frightened of. Since individuals are naturally social, it ought to be understood that feeling of loneliness is mere phantom. To believe in that, people should make a good relation with themselves and enjoy making relationships with other people.

Thereafter, life should be taken easy and loving it in order to receive the same feeling because that is the way to exclude loneliness. To sum up this essay, absolute fear is really a psychological problem that stays people out of feeling the sense of life. In fact, variety of types of fear like fear of failure and fear of loneliness makes it a tough problematic issue moreover, scared people have opportunity to solve their problems because solutions are not far. A life spent in fear is a life half lived when i consider how my life was spent, what i want most is to be able to look back and say that there wasn't anything i regret, no chances i didn't take, nothing i passed up and most importantly that i have enjoyed life to the fullest. There are many things beyond our control that keep us from our dreams, but fear is the worst, and we bring it upon ourselves. Fear can hold you in a grip so tight that you feel as though there is no way to escape it. Everybody has a fear in life, but overcoming one's fear gives a satisfying sense of triumph and pride. People feel that they can not express their true emotions without fear of people looking down on them and branding them as being different. But, people neglect to realise that some of the greatest and most influential people in the history of the world have been those willing to take risks. William shakespear for example, in his he time pushed to the limits and is now the most famous writer ever to grace the pages.

That is how i want to be remembered, someone who never gave up and never feared to progress and succeed in life. Another example is christopher columbus, people laughed at him when he said that the world was round. But now after modern technology we discover that the world is round and we pay tribute to him for his bravery for standing up for what he thought was right. Fear is an emotional state in the presence, or anticipation of a dangerous stimulus. Fear for loud sound, strangers, unknown objects, new places, dark shadows and darkness, seclusion, imaginary objects and withdrawal of love etc. Children are afraid of various animals including frogs, rats, insects, snakes, cockroaches, etc.

Watson in course of studying the emotional behaviour of a boy named albert found that he was conditioned to fear a previously neutral object a white rat. When this eleven month old albert was shown a white rat he reached for it, showing no fear response. But every time he touched the rat he was hearing a loud sound, which made him frightened of rat. In adult life the loss of security on account of unemployment, retirement, demise of companions, natural calamities like super cyclone or plague, poi unrest and old age etc. Due to fear, the behaviors affected are: pounding of heart, and rapid pulse rate, tense muscles, dryness of the throat, churning in the stomach, frequent nature call for urinal trembling, confusion, fainting, inability to concentrate, wetting and soling one’s dress and crying aloud etc. Responses to the fear emotion are usually expressed through anxiety, flight and feeling miserable. Fear to the objects or events, when becomes irrational, is called phobia phobic reactions of fear are persistent and intense, and not based on so judgment.

For example, fears of public speaking, fear of public toilet, fear of eating in public are the examples of social phobia. It is known from experimental studies that phobias can develop through classical conditioning. These irrational fears can be eliminated and cured through classical conditioning methods. Fear emotions can be rectified by the following techniques: i counter conditioning process, ii desensitization process, and i exposure to fearless models.

If you would not be forgotten, as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing. Benjamin franklin my greatest fear is dying without being remembered by the masses. But for others, this adventure is filled with emotions including failure, success and building a legacy that will last a thousand years. Personally, my greatest fear is that my life will not be remembered by millions and be forgotten.
