The researcher decided to conduct this experiment because many of the class advisors in paref springdale are known to be hated because of their strict rules in class.

The researcher made a questionnaire about the student’s perception on the effectiveness of class advisors. The researcher then distributed the questionnaires to all the high school students. According to his research, most students agree that their advisors are doing their jobs and only a few disagree. The researcher also found out that most advisors are well respected by their students.
